After this, you should consult with a yoga therapist as sarvaangaasana and matsyaasana can be beneficial up to the 7th or 8th month. After childbirth, considering the condition of the body, you can re-start your practice after four to five months. New beginners shouldn't start during pregnancy or until six months after.

HEART CONDITIONS:

Meditation is very good as it relaxed and rejuvenates the heart Deep breathing and naadi suddhi are good, as they help increase oxygen flow to the heart. But all rapid breathing and retention, as well as uddhiyaana bandha, should be avoided.
